Also, it’s a felony to charge beagles with a crime so they’re going to get off anyway, but I still need to know. @killerville

They managed to get off of the back porch and went to the neighbors’ house on the next block, where he fed them spaghetti & meatballs before calling the police to bring them back to the house (he knew where we live but had no way to transport them and didn’t have our phone number). They are felony escapers and neighbor manipulators and also they shed all over the backseat of the cop car.
