No but seeing those old gifs from X factor reminds me just HOW MUCH this was never supposed to happen. They were supposed to be such a flash in the pan one hit wonder temporary obsession. That growth, those gifs on the right – we did that. Them and us together.

#we stuck with them long enough for them to start experimenting musically #at which point they gave us good reason to keep coming back #we grew so much together  #then we all broke #and burned down #and rose back up from the ashes #a thousand times stronger at the broken places #and now we are all literally unbelievably better than we’ve ever been #than we ever imagined we’d be #than anyone imagined we’d be #we made this together #we did this!!!!!
